A little early for Halloween, but here’s a little Vampire Bat.

The numbat is a small marsupial that was once common across the southern regions of Australia. It is currently endangered and now only seen in parts of Western Australia.

Marvin the Martian was created by Chuck Jones and made his debut in the 1948 cartoon Haredevil Hare.

Marvin wasn’t named in the early cartoons, in 1952’s The Hasty Hare he was called - Commander Flying Saucer X-2.

In early merchandise and a live stage show he was known as Antwerp.

It wasn’t until 1979 that Warner Bros. Settled on a permanent name, calling him him Marvin in The Bugs Bunny-Road Runner Movie .
